![]() ![]() ![]() Had to ask repeatedly for the coupon for ice cream (4) times. This included lunch and ice cream.beverage, tube. Got cabana platinum package to let the kids get sometime out of direct sun. Visited with my wife and two young children. If we go back to Phoenix, I would definitely consider going back here, but not too sure that I would splurge for another cabana. My kids are ages10 and 13 and because the park isn't huge or spread out too much, I felt very comfortable letting them run around together while I relaxed. The park was very clean and I also liked the size of it. Except for the food issue, the kids had a great time on all of the water rides, and given that the park wasn't busy, they were all rode out by the end of the day. Still not sure what took so long with our food, but I could see that people in other cabanas were having problems getting their food as well and this was on Easter Sunday and the park was not busy at all. He also apologized several times, but didn't make up any excuses or throw another employee under the bus. I was also impressed with Gene because even though he was not our attendant, he treated us like he was. ![]() I finally flagged down another employee, Gene, told him what was going on, he apologized, got us our food and drinks within minutes and comped it. Each time, she would tell me that she was going to check on it, but would not comeback with any update, food or drinks. During the 2 hour wait, I stopped her several times to ask where our food was. I'm not sure what went wrong, but it took 2 hours to get our food and drinks. When we were ready, I pushed the cabana attendant button and she was there within minutes, she took our order and stated that she would be right back with our drinks. We were told by our cabana attendant (I believe her name was Erin) to let her know when we wanted to order lunch (we opted not to take the cabana deal that included meals) and that she would get our food for us. Unfortunately, that's where the great cabana service ended. When we arrived at the park, we were assigned our cabana and one of the employees escorted us to our cabana right away. I purchased our tickets, parking and cabana online which gave us a nice discount. Could easily have a couple rafts running safely to move things faster. This was our first time going to this water park. What a waste of time and money!!! Never again!!! For some reason only 1 raft operating for Mammoth Falls. After another 2 rides, we got hungry (Note that most snack shops weren’t even open) and just left. It was about an hour and a half wait, we got to the top, the actual ride was shorter than the first, so. After our 40 seconds of ride, my kids and I decided to go to Mammoth Falls, the flagship ride. When we finally got to the top, we noticed that one of the two slides was shut down even though there was a massive lineup. One to get a raft, then another to get to the actual ride(only an hour and a quarter wait). Once in the park We first went to the Bahama Blaster, where we waited in two lines. Great to give kids work but at least have a couple people around who know what they are doing. Every one we talked to was under 18 yrs old and no one seemed to know what they were doing. After waiting almost an hour and a half in the sun, they gave us a temporary pass, so I guess we’ll have to see next time if it actually works. Instead of activating it, they cancelled mine, and put my name in my wife’s card. We had purchased 5 season passes a just a few weeks ago, and for some reason, one wasn’t activated. We arrived at 10:30, and immediately had problems. ![]()
